MAKE A REFERRAL
We respond to every referral within 24 hours. Call 07538 800950 or email referrals@caremoregroup.co.uk, and we will talk through the young person's needs straight away.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Get in touch. Call or email us with a brief, anonymised outline of the young person's needs.
2. Send the referral. We arrange secure transfer of the referral form, placement plan and any risk assessments.
3. We assess and match. We consider the young person's needs and how they will fit with the young people already living in the home, and give you an honest answer within 24 hours.
4. Meet and visit. Where possible, the young person visits the home and meets the team before moving in.
5. Move in. Their room is ready, a keyworker is assigned, and we agree the support plan with them and you in the first week.
WHO WE SUPPORT
Looked after young people and care leavers aged 16 and 17, including young people with emotional or behavioural needs, those leaving foster or residential placements, and young people who need a planned or emergency move.
WHO WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO SUPPORT
We provide accommodation and support, not care. We are not able to accept young people with high level medical or nursing needs. We do not administer medication, but young people who manage their own medication are supported to do so, and we can store it securely. If we cannot safely meet a young person's needs, we will tell you straight away.
